Weldon Grinding Machine

In collaboration with Manders Automation and Techniessen, we designed and realized the innovative Weldon Grinding Machine for a customer.

The customer is a manufacturer of rotating carbide milling tools, such as drills and milling cutters. The 'Fully Automatic' version of the Weldon Grinding Machine has been developed for this purpose.

Machine specifications:

Automatic loading module, using a robot Weldon grinding module with an 'In Process Control' Compensation System. User-friendly software system.
