Two Universal Depalletizers

We have created a fully automated crate unfolding line and palletizer line for Tuinbouwbedrijf van den Beuken. With the line, van den Beuken can place the folded crates in the system with a pump truck, after which they are unfolded fully automatically and taken to the sorter using our transport systems. The filled crates can then be placed on other transport systems that take the crates to the palletizer where the pallet is stacked.

Highlights machines:

Euro depalletizer with pallet lift. With this module, the stacks of folded crates can easily be placed in the system with a pallet truck. A crate destacker and unfolder with an automatic ejection module. With the crate stacker, various types of folding crates can be unstacked fully automatically and unfolded fully automatically with the crate unfolder. Crates stacker. With this module the customer can create stacks of crates and then manually place them on a pallet for use in other processing processes. A Universal palletizer. With this module, various types of pallets can automatically be provided with empty or filled stacks of folding crates. Various transport systems for moving the crates to the correct modules.
