Universal unfolding machine

Project Stam-Sheep Agro:

We have created a universal fold-out line for Stam-Schaap Agro. With this line, Stam-Schaap can place full pallets of different sizes with folded crates into the system. The system automatically unstacks the pallet and transports the unfolded crates to the packaging line.

Using the integrated control system, a smart try-again is carried out where necessary. If the crate is still not unfolded properly or has a defect, it is thrown out to prevent it from ending up in Stam-Schaap's further process.

Highlights machines:

Universal depalletizer. With this module, the stacks of folded crates can easily be placed in the system with a pallet truck. This system can unload different types of pallets from crates, a crate destacker and unfolder with an automatic ejection module. With the crate unstacker, various types of folding crates can be unstacked fully automatically and unfolded fully automatically with the crate unfolder. Ejection module, to prevent defective or not fully expanded crates from ending up in the production process, they are ejected here. Various custom-made transport systems to supply the crates to the production line

About Stam-Schap Agro:

Stam-Schaap is a company specialized in the cultivation, trade and processing of red beets. Stam-Schaap is a GlobalGAP certified cultivation and processing company and supplies all year round. they also rinse and sort for other growers and deliver throughout Europe.

The beets are grown in West Friesland, where they grow on sandy soil. This gives them a good taste and they cook quickly. The beets have a high organic matter content of on average 10%, which also gives the beet a dark red color.
